Our Company is looking for Maintenance Manager with below requirements

Duties & Responsibilities 

    Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
    Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
    Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
    Create and implement maintenance procedures.
    Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
    Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
    Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
    Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
    Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
    Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary.

Educational Requirements & Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Electro Mechanical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
    3-5 years’ experience preferred in Manufacturing Unit.
    Microsoft office, AutoCAD or any design software (2d, 3d).
    Good understanding of electrical, electronic and mechanical system
    knowledge with PLC, HMI, motion control, and drive programming.

1. Eletrical Engineer

with 3-5 years experience in UAE

Having SEWA/FEWA license 

Expert in preparing electrical design drawings for residential and commercial projects
Site supervision

He should also have G+8 RAK municipality License/Grade classification or Unlimited

Salary Range: under 5k

2. Sr. Architect Engineer

With 5-7 years experience

Must know arabic language

Well versed  with Revit/Autocad, 3D modeling
